Faculty Office Hours

Each full-time instructor is expected to be on campus for at least 30/thirty hours over the course of each five-day week of classes. A minimum of five office hours each week are to be scheduled for professional services. These office hours should be convenient for the students, for consultation and guidance, and should be posted on a common bulletin board area and filed with the Vice Presidents of Academic and Student Affairs.

Each Adjunct instructor is required to be on campus 15 minutes before scheduled class time. Student appointments should be scheduled with the instructor to take place during office hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Faculty Suite in the Academic Building should be locked with restricted badge access at all times. Because student information can be visible in multiple cubicles, students should not enter the Faculty Suites area due to FERPA regulations.  Please meet with students in meeting rooms outside the Faculty Suites on 2nd and 3rd floor and in the Library (check with the Librarian regarding Library Meeting room availability).
