Legal Matters - Students - Reporting Requirements

If at any time while enrolled as a Donnelly student in the nursing program a student experiences an arrest, criminal charge, or legal issues including misdemeanors, tickets, citations, etc., the student is required to notify the Director of Nursing immediately to determine continued eligibility for the program. Failure to report can affect enrollment int the nursing program and can impact the student's eligibility to take the state licensure test.
