Parental Leave
Full-time regular employees employed for at least 12 months are eligible for 6 weeks of paid parental leave. This includes fathers and mothers.
This leave would be in unison with short term disability leave for a female employee and will assure 100% of weekly pay.
A birth certificate, adoption or foster child paperwork should be submitted to Human Resources. If working intermittently, Parental leave should be completed within 3 months of the birth, adoption, or foster event.
Access Paylocity and request Time Off > Parental Leave. This will not affect your PTO balance.
