IT IT 211 Project Management

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to current Project Management methods and practices, based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Students will understand how to plan, execute, and close projects using predictive, adaptive, and hybrid approaches. Through active participation in local PMI chapter events, students can network with experienced professionals and gain insights into real-world project management scenarios. Completing this course prepares students to sit for the PMI Project Management Ready certification exam.
