Donnelly Phone System Tips – Setting up Favorites. The Donnelly Phone System is tied to Microsoft TEAMS. Setting up other employee phones in Favorites can save time.
1. From your computer - log into OneLogin on your computer and access TEAMS.
2. Select Calls (on the left)
3. On the upper right you should see a person ICON with a plus sign, click it
4. Search and add the employee you would like on your Favorites
5. Click Add
6. When using your phone > click the purple TEAMS button (on the right) > Click Calls and you should now see the employee(s) you added in your Favorites

Our policy is to use the email signature format below for all email communications sent as part of your position. Using this Manual
USE OF THIS MANUAL AS A REFERENCE
This Employee Manual is intended to provide you with a general understanding of the basic personnel policies of Donnelly College and contains guidelines concerning your duties as an employee of Donnelly College. It contains general statements of policy. All employees are responsible for reading this Manual and becoming familiar with its contents, as it will answer many commonly asked questions concerning your employment with Donnelly College. This Manual cannot, however, anticipate and address every specific situation or answer every question about your employment. If you have any questions regarding our personnel policies, procedures, guidelines, or benefits, or you do not understand any provisions of this Manual, you are responsible for bringing your questions to your supervisor or a member of the administration.
Upon receipt of this Manual, you are required to read, sign and date the 4 forms attached at the end and promptly submit the forms to the Human Resources Office.

You will also receive an email with the link to the TITLE IX & (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) POLICY training videos. You are required to promptly complete the training.
During your employment with Donnelly College, you will be required annually to view and complete the Title IX and FERPA training videos when they are emailed to you within the stated deadline.
This Manual is not a contract regarding the terms, conditions or duration of your employment, and the policies set forth in this Manual are not intended to create contractual obligations of any kind between you and Donnelly College. Your employment with Donnelly College is specifically “at will,” which means that your employment may be terminated either by you or by Donnelly College at any time, with or without prior notice unless you are employed under a faculty contract outlining the terms, duration, and conditions of your employment.
Donnelly College may, in its sole discretion, add to, change, revise, eliminate or deviate from any of the policies, procedures and/or benefits described in this Manual at any time, without prior notice. History
Donnelly College is an independent, co-educational college. Founded in 1949 by the Benedictine Sisters at Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison, Kansas, and the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas, it is a Catholic college affiliated with the archdiocese. Donnelly College has remained in the heart of Kansas City, Kansas since its founding. As a Catholic liberal arts college, Donnelly’s institutional vision derives from a belief in God and in the dignity of each person. As an educational institution, Donnelly believes that education can lead people to recognize their potential and value as human beings, to be aware of their relationship to God, and to function as constructive members of society. Over the years the College has expanded its programming to include associate's degrees in a variety of disciplines; a Nursing Program; Bachelor’s degree programs in Business Leadership, Urban Teacher Education, and Information Services; dual credit programs with several local school districts; and a prison education program at Lansing Correctional Facility.

BUILDING HOURS
Badge access 7:30am – 7:30pm Monday through Friday
Business Hours 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday
Classroom access hours follow the academic schedule, with access available 30 minutes before the start of classes and 30 minutes after the end of classes.
BEFORE OR AFTER-HOURS ACCESS
Before and after-hours access is limited to employees with alarm system pass codes. Please check with your supervisor and have your supervisor contact Facilities for this access.

PARKING & PARKING PERMITS:
• Parking Permit – Take a photo of your License plate number to enter into the App; you will find the QR Code for the App at the front desk, 1st floor of the Academic Building. You can also use the form at the front desk to apply for the Parking Permit.
• All staff and stuents must register their vehicles and obtain a FREE parking permit. Please complete the parking permit form from the app or from the front desk. Allow 2 business days and you may pick the permit up from the front desk to hang on your rearview mirror.
• Donnelly parking includes the covered parking garage, the lot on the southwest corner of 18th & Tauromee, the unmarked spaces on Tauromee along the college green space. Parking in handicapped spaces requires a handicap permit. Please drive slowly and keep your car locked. The college is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen or for vehicle damage.
KEY ASSIGNMENTS
The Director of Facilities will assign and track keys and codes for new employees.
ROOM RESERVATIONS
Academic Building classrooms, the Assembly Steps and the Bistro can be reserved if they are available.

If the room is available, reserve the room by creating a New Event in Outlook Calendars
1. Add your event title
2. Input dates & time
3. Important: Click on Location and select the classroom from the dropdown list
NOTE: The VP of Student Affairs will approve the reservation, and you will receive an email approval.
To reserve the Donnelly Event Center, or 3rd floor meeting rooms (The Executive Conference Room or All Saints Room), please work through the President’s Executive Assistant who is located in room 316, the president’s office.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE NEEDS & SERVICE REQUESTS
Any member of the College staff can call attention to any item that needs repair or cleaning. These needs and other service requests for ordinary repairs (lights, doors, windows, vending machines, and other equipment) should be made electronically via the ticket system (OneLogin > Click on Service Request) or by sending an email to facilities@donnelly.edu.

DRESS CODE
The Donnelly Employee Dress Code is Business Casual.
THE DONNELLY CHAPEL
The Seelos Chapel is on the 1st floor, in the main academic building. It is open between 8:30 and 4:30 daily. All are welcome to our chapel of spiritual peace and strength. Daily masses are normally at 12:30pm during weekdays. (Hourly employees may attend mass without punching out.)

Voter Registration is available through the Donnelly Librarian.
Donnelly Lost & Found is located at the reception desk in the Academic building.
