Workplace Accommodations

It is Donnelly College’s policy to consider all requests for a workplace accommodation and to provide reasonable accommodations for specific employee needs where necessary, appropriate, feasible and required by the federal ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). It is the employee’s responsibility to inform their supervisor and Human Resources when any workplace accommodation is needed.

PLEASE NOTE: Employees are required to directly contact the Human Resource Director to start the accommodations process. An employee is required to arrange a meeting with the Human Resource Director to hand deliver their documents that list the needed accommodations and are signed by their healthcare professional and to discuss the accommodation(s) setup.
