EN 144 Readers’ Theater

This is an introductory course to acting. Students will become familiar with the two aspects of acting: uninhibited use of body and expressive use of voice. Students will be introduced to such areas as pantomime, improvisation, stage movement, vocal interpretation, selection analysis, storytelling, and duet acting. The culmination of the course will be the presentation of a one- act play.
