NU 430 Management and Leadership in Nursing
This course will focus on the framework and exploration of organizational strategies, theories of management, societal trends, and implications of decision-making in healthcare. Synthesis of knowledge in developing creative and innovative approaches to nursing, nursing practice, and nursing management will be explored. This course will have a 24-hour capstone with a nurse leader, team leader, nursing supervisor, Director of Nursing or Chief Nursing Officer.
